Terms of Service

By accessing or using LiveSlips, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Effective: May 28, 2026 · Last updated: May 28, 2026

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to access LiveSlips. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that adult content is legal to view in your location. We reserve the right to terminate any account suspected of belonging to a minor.

2. Adult Content & Consent Representation

All visual content hosted, indexed, or displayed on LiveSlips is represented by the uploading user or originating source to depict only individuals who:

By uploading or submitting any content, you affirm under penalty of perjury that the above representations are true and that you have the legal right to share the content. Misrepresentation will result in immediate removal, account termination, and may be referred to law enforcement.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAM & Non-Consensual Material

LiveSlips maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Any such content — whether uploaded by a user, surfaced from a third-party source, or otherwise discovered — is removed expeditiously upon identification, typically within hours of credible notice.

All confirmed or reasonably suspected CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Reports of suspected violations are triaged with the highest priority and supersede routine moderation queues.

To enforce this policy, LiveSlips uses automated systems — including artificial-intelligence models and keyword filters — that scan usernames and submitted content for CSAM, references to or solicitation of minors, and related indicators. Usernames or content that trigger these systems may be automatically blocked, held, or removed, and the associated account may be suspended or banned. Flagged material and account information may be reviewed by our moderation team and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law. By using your account and submitting content, you acknowledge and consent to this automated and human monitoring.

To request urgent removal of non-consensual content depicting you, see our Content Removal page. For copyright issues, see our DMCA page.

5. Accounts & Memberships

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Membership purchases are one-time payments for the tier indicated at checkout; there are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, and without refund for the unused portion of any tier that has been continuously delivered.

6. User-Generated Content

LiveSlips is a service provider that hosts and indexes content uploaded or referenced by third-party users and sources. We do not produce, create, or commission visual content. By uploading content, you grant LiveSlips a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

LiveSlips claims the protections of the safe-harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA) and other applicable service-provider safe-harbor statutes.

7. Disclaimers

LiveSlips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of content metadata, or that the service will be free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveSlips's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to a service operator without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing resolution, binding individual arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
